USIS AudioVisual Systems Promotes 3 Key Team Members

Pearl River, NY – December 04, 2015 – With the New Year fast approaching, USIS AudioVisual Systems are pleased to announce the promotions of three key members of our team.  Building upon our talent development model, we have promoted from within our organization including two members drawn from our vast pool of structured cabling, security, and electrical technicians, which were cross-trained with audiovisual skill sets.

Tyler Kulp – Field Operations Manager

Tyler joined our team as a Field Engineer, followed by a quick promotion to the position of Project Manager.  During his tenure, Tyler has managed multiple domestic and international projects for our core clients.  Regardless of region and scale, he has proven himself to be an exceptional project leader and has the respect of his superiors, clients and colleagues alike.  Tyler’s contributions have been recognized, earning him this exciting new role.  Tyler will report to Vice President of Operations, Joseph Legato.  He will begin in his new role in January 2016.

Matthew Major – Installation Supervisor

Joining us from our structured cabling team, Matt Major was the first AV technician dedicated solely to AudioVisual installations.  Over the course of the past 3 years, Matt has been tasked with completing highly visible projects for our top clients.  Each and every project has turned out successful under Matt’s commitment to success.  Matt’s new responsibilities will include visiting all local projects on a weekly basis to enforce quality standards, “provide on the job” training, and assist with installations where needed.  Matt will begin in his new role in January 2016.

Alex Casey – Project Manager

Alex Casey also joined our AV installation team from the structured cabling group.  In a very short time, Alex has demonstrated his leadership skills on the projects he was assigned.  Reinforcing our decision to promote Alex, client feedback was offered for us to consider him for this key role.  His ability to remain calm under pressure, articulate information and interact with clients is exemplary of a project manager’s traits.  Alex will begin in his new role December 2015.
