AV Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Onsite: Candidates must be in the Metro New York/New Jersey region to be considered for this fully in-office role. You’ll be based in our Pearl River NY HQ. This role is Full-Time | Standard Hours 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.

You'll be working with our team in our 2025 newly-renovated and expanded warehouse in Pearl River, NY!

Compensation Range

The projected compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00 hourly, contingent on relevant experience, education, skills, and certifications.

 

How You’ll Contribute to the Team: Responsibilities

  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming AV equipment and materials.

  • Pull, pack, and stage equipment for outgoing orders according to job specs.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

  • Perform regular inventory counts and help track asset usage and return.

  • Assist with basic testing of displays and labeling of AV gear.

  • Follow company policies and safety procedures consistently.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, technicians, and other departments regarding equipment needs and availability.

  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.​

What You’ll Need to be Successful: Competencies + Skills

  • Adept learner and adaptable to new systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Inventory Management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites; specifically including but not limited to Microsoft Excel.

  • Detail oriented, collaborative team player. 

 

What We Require for the Role: Qualifications + Certifications​

  • Ability to pass drug and background screenings required.
