Driving the creative process
Dotdash Meredith, one of the world’s largest digital and print publishers with brands such as PEOPLE, Food & Wine, Magnolia, Brides, InStyle, and Lifewire, envisioned a new headquarters with physical space inspiration and flexibility, and an AV tech stack that would help drive the creative process. The 2-floor, 55,000 square foot space includes audiovisual systems integrated by USIS AV as well as USIS IT & Communications Infrastructure/ Structured Cabling and Security and Access Control.
Key spaces allow for spontaneous social interaction and teamworking including multiple open areas and huddle rooms with video collaboration capabilities. The Reception Area 3x3 Planar Video Wall serves as a source of creative inspiration displaying videos, social media feeds, and company content. In addition, Reception when combined with the adjacent Flex space, allows for inclusive town halls providing a true sense of community. The Flex space also serves as a training and event room complete with 98” large format display and presentation and video conferencing capabilities. An open Screening Lounge with large format display and high-performance audio encourages organic collaboration and creativity.
The full project includes multiple AV-centric and AV-enhanced spaces including Boardroom, Conference Rooms, Private Offices, Open Collaboration Areas, Reception with Video Wall, Flex Training and Event Room, Tech Rooms, Screening Lounges, Huddle Rooms, and Phone Rooms.
