USIS AV Infocomm 25 AV Solution Highlights

This year’s InfoComm, aka the AV Industry’s Big Event, showed us smart video and audio solutions that bridge the studio, the marketplace, and the office, products that aesthetically look as good as they function, AV hardware & software that solve everyday challenges, and shifts that make seamless collaboration easier to achieve than ever. Our capsule answer to the “what did you see at the show” question:

  • Visual storytelling driving stunning displays and content

  • AI as not just a buzzword

  • Broadcast-quality production no longer bound to a studio

  • Manufacturers embracing the form AND function win-win

  • Overdue operational simplicity

Let’s take a closer look.

1 Sound Level Series: L35

The new L35 compact, full range, flush‑mounted 3‑way loudspeaker in 1 Sound’s Level Series was designed for discreet installation on walls or ceilings, sitting just 6 inches away from the surface (using built‑in mounting hardware). Powerful enough to support elevated volume for its small size, and engineered to maintain pristine audio quality throughout. Why it matters: with beautifully crafted speakers, 1 Sound continues to deliver refined, distributed high-performance sound without disturbing the visuals of the space. Available Now

Absen ALT

Introduced as a designer LED display, the ALT series is intended for lobbies, reception areas, and other spaces where technology requires a high-end finish. Why it matters: a form AND function win-win. Available Q4 2025

Yes! Available End of 2025

Crestron DM NVX 384 Encoder/Decoder Now with Multiview

Creston announced the addition of Multiview functionality to the DM NVX 384 Encoder/Decoder, which lets users distribute content from up to 6 sources and view each image on a single display in a variety of fixed layouts. The AV-over-IP device can now bring multiple content streams to a large-format display and allows changes to the look of the layout with text overlay & background color options. Why it matters: having every content feed packaged in a single device is another client win for operational efficiency and a reduction in failure points. Available Now

Adding automation with clean switching and built-in work flows means more time in front of the camera than behind it. Available Now

HP Dimension with Google Beam

One of this year’s ‘big reveals’, HP Dimension with Google Beam (previously Google Starline) is an AI-powered, 3D video platform developed through an HP/Google partnership. It’s designed for small to medium meeting spaces and features a 65” light field 8K display, six integrated high-speed cameras, adaptive lighting, and spatial audio. NETGEAR M4350 Pro AV Managed Switch Series

An addition to NETGEAR’s already impressive lineup of AV-over-IP network solutions, the M4350 series with four switches was specifically designed to handle the large amount of data AV systems require for applications like video walls, conferencing, and digital signage. Why it matters: In addition to better support for video, audio, and control signals, all on the same network, the switches include new multi-color LED indicators, displaying user-selected colors on each physical port, matching profile colors in NETGEARs AV OS. Translation = the visual color cues prevent connection errors. Available Now.

Sony announced enhancements to its line of PTZ auto framing cameras, thanks to its proprietary AI technology. Tracking range features auto framing only within a predefined area, allowing unintended subjects to be excluded.
