Xandr, the advertising tech firm, sought a new HQ environment that would unify the company’s culture based around community, innovation, and creativity. The flagship Flatiron location represented the firm’s forward-thinking ethos. Xandr relied on USIS AV’s design/build expertise to deliver audiovisual systems for the stylish, tech-enabled space.
4-floor HQ including (31) Conference Rooms, (30) Huddle Rooms, (2) Elevator Lobby Digital Signage, (2) Work Cafes, Content Studio, Executive Pre-Function Area, Pantry Lounges, (2) Simulcast Rooms, Event Space and Pre-Event Spaces, Green Room, and Room Reservation Panel Systems.
